What's So Funny About "The Kosher Cheerleader?"

Sandy Wolshin, that’s what! And every last one of the 38 wonderfully wacky characters she portrays in this comedic play based on her own life story.

Before Sandy traded her pompoms and hot pants for long skirts, she was an NFL Raiders cheerleader… But that’s just the beginning of her journey and it’s far from the end!

You don’t need to be Jewish to love “The Kosher Cheerleader.”

Created and Performed by Sandy Wolshin

THE KOSHER CHEERLEADER, a new two-act comedy, premiered in January 2010 with a three-week run in Phoenix that brought audiences to their feet cheering for more! In April it moved on to South Florida in a six-performance co-production with Broward Center for the Performing Arts at Fort Lauderdale’s historic 1,167-seat Parker Playhouse.
